Solar Bat® values all of our customers, both loyal repeat customers and new customers. Customer satisfaction is our mission. We have a wide variety of frame styles and fitting characteristics. For these reasons we have a liberal exchange or refund policy. For twenty-one (21) days after your sunglass ship date we will exchange sunglass styles, sunglass tints, or give a full refund on the purchase price of sunglasses if you are not 100% satisfied with your selection. If you return the sunglasses and all packaging in like new condition we will issue a refund on the purchase price or do an exchange. In the case of exchanges you will be charged the difference in purchase price if a more expensive sunglass is selected or you will receive a refund of the difference in purchase price if a less expensive sunglass is selected. If sunglasses do not comfortably fit, the return form asks questions on how the frame did not fit and we will use this information to aid you in selecting a replacement sunglass style. The return policy applies to both prescription and non-prescription sunglasses. You will not be refunded the shipping ONLY the purchase price of the glasses.
